Munikos ships worldwide from Colombia. Every order is carefully packed and dispatched via
FedEx to ensure safe and reliable delivery.
FREE SHIPPING
Enjoy free shipping on all orders over $90 USD to the United States and Canada. For orders
below this threshold, shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and volume.
SHIPPING CARRIER
All orders are shipped via FedEx. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with your FedEx tracking number.
ORDER HANDLING TIME
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed after 3:00 PM Colombia time, on weekends, or on holidays are processed the following business day.
ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES
From the date of shipment:
- United States: 5-10 business days
- Canada: 7-12 business days
- Rest of the world: 10-15 business days
These are estimates. Actual delivery may vary due to customs processing, weather, carrier
delays, or local logistics. Munikos is not responsible for delays beyond our control.
ADDRESS ACCURACY
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, re-shipment fees will apply.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING & CUSTOMS
We ship to most countries worldwide. International orders may be subject to import duties,
taxes, and customs fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the customer's sole responsibility and are not included in our prices or shipping costs.
If a package is held at customs or returned due to non-payment of import fees, the customer will be responsible for re-shipment costs. Store credit may be issued for the item value (excluding original shipping) if the customer opts not to have the package re-shipped.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Your FedEx tracking number will be sent by email once your order ships. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to activate. For international shipments, updates may be less frequent once the package enters the local carrier network.
DAMAGED PACKAGES
If your package shows signs of damage or tampering upon delivery, please reject the shipment, note the issue on the carrier's delivery form, and contact us immediately at
info@munikos.com.co with your order number and photos of the damage.
PEAK SEASON DELAYS
During high-volume periods such as Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Christmas, and other
holidays, handling and delivery times may be extended. We will communicate any expected
delays.
