RETURNS, REFUNDS & WARRANTY POLICY

At Munikos, we design jeans and apparel made in Colombia with unique details and finishes that make every piece stand out. We want you to love your purchase. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We accept returns and exchanges on eligible items within 25 days from the confirmed delivery
date as recorded by the carrier. That gives you more time than most brands.

GENERAL CONDITIONS
To be eligible, items must:
- Be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- Have all original tags and packaging attached
- Be free of makeup, perfume, deodorant, stains, odors, pet hair, or any signs of use
- Not have been altered, repaired, or modified in any way

Munikos reserves the right to reject any item that does not meet these conditions. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

EXCHANGE OPTIONS
Customers may request a return for a different size, color, or style. Simply return the item and
use your store credit to place a new order. A maximum of one return per item per customer
applies.

RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
To initiate a return, email us at info@munikos.com.co with your order number. We will provide you with the return shipping address. The customer is responsible for arranging and paying for the return shipment using the carrier of their choice.

Once we receive and inspect the item, you may choose between:
- Store credit for the full item value — no deductions, issued within 2-3 business days
(recommended)
- Refund to your original payment method, minus an $18 USD processing fee to cover our
original outbound shipping and logistics costs.

The following items are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Items purchased with a discount code
- Sale or promotional items
- Limited edition items marked as Final Sale
- Gift cards

DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us within 5 business days of
delivery at info@munikos.com.co. Please include your order number, photos or video of the
issue, and a brief description. Once approved, Munikos will cover all related shipping costs.

WARRANTY POLICY
All Munikos garments include a 60-day warranty against manufacturing defects.
Covered:
- Stitching and seam defects
- Fabric manufacturing defects
- Hardware or accessory defects (rivets, zippers)
Not covered:
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage from improper washing or care
- Damage due to misuse, chemicals, or high temperatures
- Altered or repaired garments

If your warranty claim is approved, Munikos may repair, replace, or issue store credit or a refund for the item.

HOW TO START A RETURN OR EXCHANGE
1. Email info@munikos.com.co with your order number and reason for the request
2. Wait for authorization and return instructions. Do not ship items without prior approval
3. Ship your item using a trackable shipping method
4. Receive your store credit or refund once the item is inspected and approved

ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Orders may only be cancelled before they have been processed or shipped. Once shipped,
cancellations are no longer possible.

GARMENT CARE
- Wash inside-out in cold water
- Do not tumble dry
- Air dry away from direct sunlight
- Follow care label instructions on each garment
