DUTIES, TAXES & CUSTOMS FEES

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, customs fees, brokerage fees, or clearance charges imposed by the destination country, customs authorities, or the shipping carrier.

Unless expressly stated otherwise at checkout, these charges are not included in the product price or shipping fee and are the responsibility of the customer.

Munikos has no control over customs charges imposed by local authorities or carriers and cannot predict the amount that may be assessed. We recommend contacting your local customs authority for additional information before placing an international order.

Customers are responsible for paying any applicable duties, taxes, or customs-related charges required for delivery of their order.

If a package is refused or returned because customs duties, taxes, or related fees were not paid, any applicable shipping, return, customs, or carrier charges incurred by Munikos may be deducted from the refund.

Munikos will provide accurate commercial shipping documentation for its international orders. If a customs or carrier charge results directly from an error made by Munikos in the preparation of the shipment documentation, we will review the case and provide an appropriate resolution.
